This course is designed for chefs, businesses and anyone with a keen interest on growing, nurturing and preserving edible flowers. Secure your place with a €50 booking fee, total cost is €300 with remaining €250 to be paid one week before event.
At the end of this course you will be able to
Sow and save your own seed
Understand the importance of deadheading, and know how and what to harvest to ensure the best shelf life.
Plant to maximize space, most productive varieties and the importance of successional sowing.
Annual and perennial varieties.
Prepare, Cook and preserve to extend the larder.
Lunch will be provided with produce from the farm with demonstrations on preparation and uses.
